World Capital Coins — Return & Refund Policy

At World Capital Coins, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand the importance of trust when buying coins and precious metals online, and we stand behind the authenticity and quality of every item we sell.

Return Window

You have seven (7) business days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, you must contact us within this window.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us before shipping anything back:

  • Subject Line: Return Request — Order #[your order number]

Please include:

  1. Your order number

  2. The item(s) you wish to return

  3. The reason for your return

  4. Photos of the item(s) in their current condition

We will respond within one (1) business day with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original, unaltered condition — exactly as it was shipped to you.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any protective capsules, cases, certificates of authenticity, or grading slabs.

  • Items that have been cleaned, polished, damaged, altered, or removed from their original holders after delivery are not eligible for return.

  • Graded and certified coins (NGC, PCGS, etc.) must be returned in their original sealed slabs. Any coins removed from their slabs after delivery cannot be returned.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Shipping and handling charges on the original order are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped, item not as described, or item damaged in transit).

Market Loss Policy

Because the value of coins and precious metals fluctuates with market conditions, World Capital Coins reserves the right to apply a market loss adjustment on returned bullion and precious metal items if the market price has declined between the date of your purchase and the date your return is received. If a market loss applies, we will notify you of the adjusted refund amount before processing.

Any market gains between the purchase date and return date remain the property of World Capital Coins.

Exchanges

We are happy to process exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us at info@worldcapitalcoins.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may require a price adjustment if the replacement item is of a different value.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or does not match the description on our website:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will arrange a return at our expense and provide either a full refund or a replacement, at your preference.

  • Please retain all original packaging materials, as they may be needed for a shipping insurance claim.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items not returned within the 7-business-day return window

  • Items that have been altered, cleaned, or damaged after delivery

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Items purchased during a clearly marked "Final Sale" or "As-Is" promotion

  • Items purchased during a clearly marked "Final Sale" or "As-Is" promotion

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@worldcapitalcoins.com. Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our standard return policy.

Authenticity Guarantee

Every item sold by World Capital Coins is guaranteed to be authentic. If an item purchased from us is found to be inauthentic by a recognized third-party grading service (NGC, PCGS, or equivalent), we will provide a full refund including all shipping costs, regardless of the return window. This guarantee has no time limit.
